The Seagate Scorpion
96 Autoloader in our high quality external enclosure provides
automated data protection and outstanding reliability for stand-alone
and networked server environments. Based on Seagate's award-winning
DDS-3 technology, this autoloader supports compressed capacities
of unattended backup up to 96 Gbytes with backup speeds up to
132 Mbytes per minute. This internal DDS3 autoloader solution,
designed for reliability, includes a four-cartridge magazine,
Tape Resource CD with diagnostic utilities and installation
accessories. All Scorpion DAT products are backed by a three-year
limited warranty and the Seagate REACT Rapid Replacement Program.
The external enclosure has an 80 Watt auto-switching power
supply (AC input 90V~264V) with UL, CSA, TUV, and CE approval,
reliable ball bearing cooling fan, two ID select switches,
two 50-pin Centronics external connectors, and a SCSI terminator.
Case dimensions are 11.3"L x 7"W x 6.5"H.
