Seagate's Scorpion
DAT tape drive family combines high performance and capacity
with outstanding reliability, providing cost-effective data
protection for workstation through midrange server environments.
Designed with backup speeds up to 132 Mbytes per minute, the
Scorpion 24 DAT drive is backed by a three-year limited warranty
and Seagate's REACT Rapid-Replacement Program.
The Scorpion DAT is installed in our high quality external
enclosure. The external enclosure has two 50-pin Centronics
connectors, a 40 Watt power supply, a cooling fan, a 7 position
SCSI ID switch, and a SCSI terminator. Case dimensions are
2.7" x 8.25" x 11".

This drive uses 4mm DDS-3 tape cartridges. Check out our
