36ES series 36.9GB Ultra 160 SCA (Single Connector Attachment)
internal hard drive provides unmatched performance and reliability,
and is ideal entry-level SCSI markets. The Barracuda 36ES benefits
from significant performance enhancements with Seagate's Advanced
Multidrive System (SAMS) that optimizes performance in server
and RAID applications, and G-Force Protection, a drive enhancement
that protects the drive's data from external shock.
The Barracuda 36ES features a 7200rpm spindle speed, 8.5ms
access time, 2MB cache buffer, and a three year manufacturer's
warranty. The Ultra 160 SCA-2 hard drives are capable of data
transfer rates up to 160MB/second and they have an 80-pin
